I’m not your typical personal trainer. I see myself as more of a coach, A good coach will keep you accountable, motivate you, track your progress and help you build good habits for sustainable results.

I have trained hundreds of people face to face in Melbourne and around the world online. I have a varied client base, including parents, busy corporates, vegans, nonvegans, and people of all ages and sizes to achieve their body weight goals and, of course good nutrition. People just like you!

where we will work together to break down your long term goals into step-by-step targets, so there’s a crystal clear vision and path to take you away from frustration, and towards your ideal physique, fitness, strength and energy levels.

Training Program

Your training program will be updated every 4-6 weeks based on your progress and goals. I will provide you with a detailed description of each program and you’ll have the confidence to perform each exercise safely and effectively.

Depending on your goals I offer free e-books to supercharge your efforts, whether it’s weight loss or muscle building, my e-books give you that edge to achieve your results (usually valued at $129, yours free with every personal raining package).

NUTRITION GUIDANCE & EDUCATION

Weekly check in with me for nutrition guidance to teach you how to get results while being flexible with your lifestyle and what you eat. I offer a free consultation with a qualified dietician if you purchase a 10 x 60 minute session personal training plan.

If your goal is not safe, healthy or achievable, I’ll let you know from the start so you don’t waste your time or money. I’ll never put you on a fad diet or supplements, which may ruin your health. The key to making long-term changes, is also dependant on other essential lifestyle elements such as Nutrition, Rest, and Recovery Mindset.
