How The Plan Works
This 12 week workout is designed to increase your muscle mass as much as possible to make the biggest positive difference to your body through training four to five times per week.
You might want to lose some body fat, build lean muscles or want to get big, whatever your goals are I will tailor the program according to you.
Most of the workouts are gym based but if you have some dumbbells and gym equipment at home the program can be designed to accommodate that.
In this 12 week program there will be 2 Phases.
Phase 1: In the first 6 weeks you will learn different methods and techniques for building muscles while also maximizing fat loss with tough but rewarding total-body fat-burning workouts.
Phase 2: In this level we will increase the intensity and apply different training styles.
