Vegan Personal Trainer
Hi I’m Sam Vas, I’m a Melbourne based Vegan Personal Trainer. My passion for bodybuilding started at an early age while watching my father compete in bodybuilding competitions. My father taught me a lot about training and diet and my mum taught me a lot about meditation. Both my parents have shaped my beliefs and I am grateful for the lessons.
I have never eaten meat. Growing up I was lacto vegetarian. I have been a vegan for a few years now and I feel healthier and better about myself. As a vegan athlete I want to show others that it is possible to gain significant muscle and strength on a vegan diet and I want to inspire others to follow this lifestyle.
I’ve lost 35 kgs following a vegan diet and working out the old school way combining compound exercises, resistance training and body weight exercises. I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body and nurturing a strong mind.

Other personal trainers offer workout plans just on their own which are useless if you don’t follow the correct diet. Other also will give you generic lists of food to eat and foods to avoid, while this may be better it’s still won’t help you develop healthy eating habits for sustainable results.
