You’ll eat well balanced meals containing a combination of complex carbohydrates, protein and healthy fats. If you have specific dietary requirements, I can create meal plans tailored just for you.
All of my programs are designed to achieve maximum results. You will train like a warrior. If you have any pre-existing injuries, my programs will be custom built just for you so you can work out safely and achieve incredible results.

Hi I’m Sam Vas, I’m a Melbourne based Vegan Personal Trainer. My passion for bodybuilding started at an early age while watching my father compete in bodybuilding competitions. My father taught me a lot about training and diet and my mum taught me a lot about meditation. Both my parents have shaped my beliefs and I am grateful for the lessons.
I have never eaten meat. Growing up I was lacto vegetarian. I have been a vegan for a few years now and I feel healthier and better about myself. As a vegan athlete I want to show others that it is possible to gain significant muscle and strength on a vegan diet and I want to inspire others to follow this lifestyle.
I’ve lost 35 kgs following a vegan diet and working out the old school way combining compound exercises, resistance training and body weight exercises. I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body and nurturing a strong mind.
